Booking Tips

Book Months Ahead

Groups of 20+ book a median of about five months out—and Mardi Gras is the scarcest week of the year for villas that hold 14-30 people. If you're waiting, someone else is booking.

Do the Per-Person Math

On a normal weekend, 16 people splitting a villa works out to roughly $100-150 per person per night. Mardi Gras week prices higher—but splitting one villa still beats Mardi Gras hotel rates, and you don't need to fill every bed.

Minimum Stays Apply

Most properties require 4-7 night minimums during Mardi Gras. Plan to stay the full stretch—you'll want to anyway.
